What happens when my plan expires?

If your paid plan expires or you cancel your subscription, your account will automatically downgrade to the free Starter plan. You'll retain access to all free plan features, including 100 messages per month.

  • Your data and conversation history will be preserved
  • You can upgrade again at any time to restore full access
  • Billing resumes automatically if you upgrade within 30 days of expiration

What happens if I exceed my message limit?

If you exceed your monthly message limit, your AI agent will temporarily pause until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade to a higher plan.

We'll notify you via email when you reach 80% and 100% of your limit, so you can plan accordingly or upgrade before hitting the cap.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time from your account settings.

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You'll continue to have access to your current plan features until then.

How does billing work?

All paid plans are billed monthly on the same date you signed up. When you choose annual billing, you get 20% off and are billed once per year. Your billing cycle resets each period, refreshing your credits and storage quota.

  • You'll receive an email receipt after each successful payment
  • Failed payments will result in a 7-day grace period before downgrade to free plan
  • Unused credits don't roll over to the next month

What's included in the Starter plan?

The Starter plan includes 1k credits, 50MB storage, 50 web crawls, basic analytics, product recommendations, order tracking, custom AI personas, email support, 3 integrations, and an AI chatbot trained on your store.

What's the difference between support levels?

Support response times vary by plan:

  • Starter: Email support
  • Growth: Priority support
  • Scale: Priority support + Dedicated Account Manager
  • Enterprise: Dedicated engineering support, phone + Slack support

Do you offer enterprise custom pricing?

Yes, for large organizations with high volume needs, custom integrations, or specific security requirements, we offer tailored Enterprise plans. These plans can include dedicated infrastructure, custom SLAs, volume discounts, white-label options, and white-glove onboarding. Contact our sales team to discuss your requirements.

Is there a setup fee?

No, there are no hidden setup fees or implementation charges for our standard plans (Starter, Growth, Scale). You pay the monthly or annual subscription. Enterprise plans are custom—talk to sales for details.
